What do I do if I need help on an activity?

 

Two Things:

 

1)  If it's a general question about what a question is asking or something that you've read, post it on Edmodo in the classroom group because other students might have that same question.  That being said, check Edmodo because your answer might already be there!

 

2)  You are also welcome to email your instructor, too.  You *must* email your instructor if you're asking for a password.

 

Whether you're taking the first or the second option, ALWAYS INCLUDE THE NAME AND THE NUMBER OF THE ACTIVITY.  

Example: 1.2.1 What makes something valuable? (TS)

How do I get a password for a locked test?

 

If you need a password for a test, email your instructor and follow the procedure outlined in #1 for including the NAME AND NUMBER OF THE TEST.  For English class, the CS and TS labels are important as well, so be sure to include them!

HELP! A quiz/test won't open! What do I do?

 

When you get to quizzes and tests, you must complete ALL activities before them. Otherwise, you will not see a begin button, and there is nothing that your instructor can do to unlock it for you. 

This is NOT an error; the course is designed that way.

How do I schedule a TEACH assignment?

 

TEACH assignments can be scheduled up to a month in advance using http://radteach.setmore.com/.

How do I submit document files?

 

All document files must be submitted as PDFs on the course site.  You can convert your document into PDF by visiting http://pdftools.egedsoft.com/.
